Deep Games is a live video game stream. It started on November 2009 by dman99. What started as something to help him beat some of his games quickly turned into a gaming community with a team of streamers and many viewers. From the oldest 8-bit classics to the newest games, we stream any and all types of video games! You may see a normal playthrough of Super Mario World one day and a Street Fighter tournament the next! Our mission has always been to entertain our viewers, be it playing laughingly bad games, adding commentary to great games, or playing a game in a way you've never seen before!
Deep Games is much more than watching others play video games. Want some help in Battlefield: Bad Company 2? Need a buddy to help with testing in Portal 2's co-op mode? We have an entire community of people who are always looking for people to join them in game. Be sure to practice: you may find yourself on stream, showing off your skills to anyone tuning in! We host a 25-slot Ventrilo server that is open to anyone wanting to game with us. Why not get started? Click the Steam logo above and join the 400+ members of our our Steam group!
Intellectually profound. Containing great depth. And most importantly: it's ambiguous. You can interpret it however you want! While you probably won't be seeing much World of Warcraft or Halo on this channel, you will see pretty much everything else! What's the matter, too DEEP for you?
See the streamers page for the full list!
In April 2009 a fellow named dman99 stumbled across a live video game stream on a website called Mogulus. He thought he
would give it a shot and set up his own channel, /dman99. This channel became known for streaming live Super Smash Bros.
Brawl matches against viewers every night. After a month of this a few viewers started to hang around more. Nick became
the second streamer on /dman99 and showed the internet the beauty of fishing games. Quickly after this Big Bang Blitz was
added and took the channel to an entirely new level. More viewers began to stop by and things were looking up until...
That November dman99's channel was shut down by RICK STERN. Seeing that the channel was about much more than just himself,
dman99 decided to reboot the channel give it a more suitable name. After a week of shuffling, a domain name purchase,
and a little bit a work, Deep Games was born! Now Deep Games delivers video game streams on a daily basis!
While other streams treat it like a serious business, we care about nothing but entertaining our crowd, getting everyone involved, and having fun! Stick around for a while! Meet the crowd and make some new friends! And, finally, get ready to GET DEEP!
